Payments, Security and Order Information


One of highest priorities to us is your security, confidentiality and general peace of mind when ordering through us and this site. Indeed it is important because we also value our security and peace of mind at the same time.

We therefore utilise a number of systems that ensure these requirements:

Website Security:

The Andro-genix website utilizes Comodo SSL encryption. This guarantees you the highest possible encryption levels for online transactions and information protection. Each certificate is signed with NIST recommended 2048 bit signatures and provides up to 256 bit encryption of customer data.

Offshore Banking:

We use a number of bank accounts around the world. When you choose any payment method, from the options we offer, that requires payment to a bank account you will be provided with all the details of the account that will receive the payment.

Payments Methods:

We accept a number of methods of paying for your orders. These options help protect your, and our, identity and security. We have tried to use payment methods that are fairly easy, cheap and hassle free. The checkout processes is very simple, but if you get stuck, feel free to contact us for help.

Please transfer the invoice amount using BITCOIN Payments. You will receive our order confirmation by email containing BITCOIN Wallet and order details.

Goods will be reserved 3 days for you and we'll process the order immediately after receiving the payment.

Please transfer the invoice amount using a bank transfer. You will receive an email with all our bank details required for the transfer.

Western Union and MoneyGram

Please transfer the invoice amount using either Western Union or MoneyGram. You will receive an email with all our details required for the transfer.

PayPal (this is only available by invitation only)

Please do not chose this option unless you have already been provided with the Paypal account details. Only customers with 6 prior, completed, orders will be considered for Paypal. If you are not on our approved list your order will be automatically cancelled.

Order Information and Automated Emails

Please, please, please place all orders through the website, using the shopping cart and check out, we cannot take orders through email. This is for your security and confidentiality.

Order Status

Payment emails/invoices and notifications will automatically be sent to you upon the submission of your order. Please note that the use of email services such as Gmail tend to cause any reply from us to be sent to your spam folder, so please check your spam folder to see if this has been the case.

We might in some instances follow up these automated emails with an email from our Hotmail account.

When ordering please DO NOT use clients such as Hushmail, as we do not receive these emails.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive periodical emails as notification and record of the status of your order. These status updates are very simple and are completed in four stages, as follows:

1. Order Confirmed

Order has been received and acknowledged.

2. Awaiting Payment

Payment instructions are provided in accordance with the method chosen, when placing the order, at the checkout.

3. Payment Accepted

Payment has been received and has now cleared. Goods are ready for packing and dispatch.

4. Shipped

Your order has been dispatched to the address provided.

Important note to all customers

For long term and regular customers, this note doesn’t really apply has you know how we work and you know how flexible we are.

When you have placed an order and received your invoice and payment details, you have 48 HOURS to make your payment to us. If you do not make a payment within 48 hours we will message you to remind you of the outstanding payment. If at such time, there is a reason why, you are unable to make the payment then please message us to tell us. We are not here to force you to place orders, or to make a payment but:

We do have a number of people who place orders and despite numerous attempts to contact them to discuss the situation appear to be nothing but time wasters. If you place an order and do not make the payment or contact us to tell us why, your details and IP Address will be barred from the site.

This may sound harsh, but as any customer who has contacted us will know, we dedicate a lot of time to each and every question and customer to make sure they are happy with our service and products, all we ask is that you contact us in the event that you do not want to go through with the order.

If you’re not a time waster (which most people aren’t) you will understand why we do this.
